WHERE YOU’LL GO
Kayak along Door County’s pristine coastline to Cave Point! We begin our trip at Schauer park boat launch and kayak south for two miles before getting to Cave Point. Once there (weather permitting) we venture into a couple of the accessible caves. After the caves we will spend a few minutes to relax, enjoy the natural beauty of Whitefish Dunes and catch our breath before kayaking back to the launch point at Schauer Park.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The water is generally calmest in the morning so it is best to book earlier in the day. The seating area does tend to get a little wet so dress accordingly. Jeans are not recommended. On calm days there is ample opportunity to view the submerged caves all along the coast. The conditions are always subject to change.
WHAT TO BRING
You will want to bring water, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and some positive energy. GoPros, cameras and cell phones, with a proper case and lanyard, are a welcomed and accessible way to capture your experience. Pets are permitted on very calm days be sure to notify us beforehand if you are bringing your pet.
With the closest location to the caves we offer more time on the water and less time getting there. If you have any other additional questions you can either call (920) 918-4314 or email email@example.com.
